1. Astrology Services & Consultations

All astrology-related services, including:

      • Kundali analysis

      • Personal consultations (call / video)

      • Personalized astrology reports

    are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Since these services are customized based on individual birth details and require dedicated time and analysis, refunds or cancellations are not possible once the booking is confirmed.

    2. Reports & Digital Deliverables

        • Once a personalized report has been generated or delivered, no refund will be issued.

        • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user are not eligible for refunds.

      Please ensure that all personal and birth details are accurate at the time of submission.

      3. Courses & Workshops

          • Payments made for astrology courses, workshops, or training programs are non-refundable.

          • Access to course material, recordings, or live sessions will be considered service delivery.

          • Missed live sessions do not qualify for refunds.

        4. Products (Physical Items)

        For physical astrology-related products (if applicable):

            • Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or incorrect product delivery

            • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product with proper photo/video evidence

            • Replacement may be provided at our discretion

          No refunds will be issued for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details.

          5. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions

          In case of:

              • Duplicate payments

              • Technical payment errors

            Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof. Verified cases will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

            6. Cancellation Policy

                • Once a service is booked, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without prior approval

                • Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded

              7. No Guarantee Clause

              Astrology is a guidance-based service. Results may vary depending on individual effort, karma, and circumstances. Dissatisfaction with interpretations or outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

              8. Changes to Refund Policy

              Astro Naina reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
